How the Hairware Outlet operates

Welcome to Hairware Outlet!

Hairware Outlet is our dedicated home for selected clearance stock.

With thousands of wigs and hairpieces passing through Hairware, there are times when we have more stock than we need, a colour or style is discontinued, a collection changes, or we simply need to make room for something new.

Rather than allowing perfectly good wigs and hairpieces to sit on our shelves, we offer selected pieces through Hairware Outlet at significantly reduced prices.

It isn’t a sale on our main Hairware ranges and it isn’t a change to the recommended retail price of the brands we stock. Each Outlet price relates specifically to that individual piece of clearance stock. Items on our Outlet site are for retail sale only and not available to trade or wholesale customers.

That means you can sometimes find an incredible bargain — but when it’s gone, it’s gone!

 

Why are the prices lower?

Outlet prices reflect the individual stock circumstances rather than the usual retail value of the product. In many cases, quantities are extremely limited and once a particular style or colour has sold, it will not be replaced at the Outlet price.

These prices therefore cannot be price matched by Hairware, our trade customers, stockists or other retailers.

You may see the same brand or style available elsewhere at its normal retail price. This does not mean that retailer is overcharging — the item on Hairware Outlet has simply been selected for clearance for one of the reasons above.

 

Are Outlet products faulty or lower quality?

No. Unless clearly stated on the individual product listing, Outlet products are new, genuine products and meet the same standards we expect from Hairware stock.

The reduction relates to the stock status, not the quality of the wig or hairpiece.

 

FAQ'S

• Why is there only one available?
  Outlet stock is often the last remaining piece in a particular style or colour. Once sold, we may not be able to source another at the same price.
• Can you order another one for me at the Outlet price?
  Unfortunately not. Outlet prices apply only to the specific stock shown as available. If we can order the same style again, it would be supplied at the current standard retail price.
• Can another Hairware stockist match the Outlet price?
  No. Hairware Outlet clearance prices are specific to individual stock held by Hairware and are not part of the brand’s standard retail or trade pricing. Our independent stockists set their own retail prices and are not expected to match Outlet clearance pricing.
• Why have I seen the same wig at a higher price elsewhere?
  You may find the same style or colour at its normal retail price elsewhere. This is completely normal. Our Outlet price relates specifically to the stock we are clearing and does not represent a new recommended retail price for that product or brand.
• Is the wig old?
  Some Outlet items may have been held in our stock for longer than products within our core collections. All items are checked before dispatch and, unless specifically stated in the listing, are new and unworn.
• Will everything eventually end up on the Outlet?
  No. Hairware Outlet is not a discounted version of our main Hairware website. Only selected stock is transferred to the Outlet based on factors such as stock levels, age, discontinued colours/styles and changes to our ranges.
