Common Wig Questions

  • Step 1: Get the position right

    • Place the front of the wig around 3 inches above your eyebrows
    • Adjust slightly if needed - comfort is always key
    • If your wig has a lace front, you can trim the lace for a more natural, custom fit

Step 2: Line up the ear tabs

    • Check the ear tabs on each side of the wig
    • Make sure they sit level with the top of your ears
    • This keeps the wig straight, secure, and not wonky

    Step 3: Adjust for comfort

    • Most wigs have adjustable straps or tabs inside
    • Tighten or loosen until the wig feels snug but not tight
    • The goal is to have no slipping and no pressure
  • Petite: 21" Circumference | 13" Ear-To-Ear | 13.25" Front To Back

    Petite Average: 21.5" Circumference | 13.25" Ear-To-Ear | 13.75" Front To Back

    Average: 22" Circumference | 13.5" Ear-To-Ear | 14.25" Front To Back

    Large: 23" Circumference | 14" Ear-To-Ear | 15.5" Front To Back

  • Less is more when it comes to washing, you don't want to dry out the fibres. We recommend a wash every 6 - 8 wears, or whenever you feel the style is too dirty. Always use Wig specific shampoo and conditioner.

  • Most standard synthetic wigs cannot withstand high-heat. When buying a wig, look out for common terms such as: 'Heat-Mode'. 'Heat-Friendly' or 'Heat-Resistant'. If your style has this label, it can likely withstand up to 160 degrees Celsius. Always check online or inside the box for information before adding heat.

  • We do not recommend sleeping in your wig - this puts your style at risk of matting and friction with your pillow. This can significantly reduce the lifespan and quality of the fibres that make up your wig.
