Hairware Outlet Returns Policy
At Hairware Outlet, we understand that it is hard to envision accurately how a wig or hairpiece is going to look until you receive it and try it on. Although we are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase, if you do order a wig or hairpiece from us and decide that it’s not what you were looking for, we will give you a full refund. This is on the proviso that:
- If for any reason you are unhappy with any product purchased from Hairware, you may return it, in its original condition with labels intact within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the product, not including postage or return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Goods must be returned with a completed returns form attached; goods that are returned without a completed returns form will be subject to a 10% handling fee.
- Hairware cannot accept returns of products purchased from third-party sellers. Instead contact your seller to let them know you would like to return the product to them.
- We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to 14 days.
- For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
- All stated or implied conditions of warranties, statutory or otherwise, not expressly included in these Conditions of sale are excluded.
- All sales shall be subject to the right of Hairware to cancel, under extreme circumstances including war, riots or insurrection, actions of governments, revocation of export and/or import licenses, strikes and force majeure.
- No variation in the conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the seller.
- English law shall govern the agreement between the parties.
- Additional postage will be required for all exchanges.

Product Warranty Policy
For items returned due to a fault that has developed after 48 hours of receipt:
The seller accepts no responsibility for goods returned faulty unless such goods can be fairly deemed to have become faulty due to any manufactured defect within the first two months of wear.
We reserve the right to investigate your complaint and inspect the item for testing by an experienced technician. If this is to be carried out by the manufacturer their response will be required before any actions can be taken.
Hairpieces and wigs damaged due to customer abuse or neglect cannot under any circumstances be accepted for credit or replacement by the seller.
The buyer must ensure that any items returned for inspection are washed prior to returning, we reserve the right to reject any items or complaint if this has not been adhered to.
If we find a manufacturing fault with an item, we reserve the right to repair it.
If a manufacturing fault is not found:
- The item will be sent back to you which may be at your cost.
- Under certain circumstances we may offer you, at our discretion, to repair the item at your cost.
We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by users of the products we sell.
The buyer is responsible for completing a sample test of any products purchased for use at home that are applied to their hair/skin/scalp including but not limited to wigs/hairpieces, any hair/scalp/wig/hairpiece cleaning/maintenance products such as shampoos, conditioners, protective sprays/creams/ointments/treatments/oils, sanitising products, styling products such as gels/hair or finishing sprays/creams/wax, adhesives, tapes.
We will not be held responsible for any goods or services supplied to you by a third-party supplier.
