Shipping orders within the UK
Whilst we will make every effort to despatch your order on the date the order is placed, we as the seller shall not accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods.
Delivery times are quoted in good faith we cannot accept liability for any expense or other cost incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
We will do our upmost to pass on any delivery instructions to our chosen courier, we will not be held responsible if these instructions are not met.
- Delivery is free of charge on all UK orders over £150 your order will be sent tracked 48 using Parcelforce or Royal Mail. You can choose to upgrade your delivery at the checkout.
- All orders under £150 we be offered a range of delivery options to be chosen upon checkout.

- The cut off time for all next working day deliveries is 12pm.
- Please ensure that a mobile number and email address is noted on your order for you to receive live tracking details direct from Parcelforce and/or Royal Mail regarding your order. This also enables you to make any changes if you need to have your order redirected or redelivered.

If your order is out of stock
If an item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you. We can either discuss an alternative or fully refund the out-of-stock item. You will be informed of this via email or phone by a member of our team.
UK Orders: please ensure the delivery address is correct as any undelivered, returned orders will incur an extra postage cost for re-delivery.
EU & International shipping:

We are committed to providing excellent customer and delivery service to our customers outside the UK, PLEASE NOTE that any orders despatched to countries outside the UK will be subject to tax and import duties. These charges will need to be paid prior to receipt of delivery you will be contacted via your countries customs department. You the buyer are responsible for paying any tax or import duties applied to your parcel. Any undelivered orders will be returned to the UK at your cost (which will be substantial as it will include tax, customs duty and courier handling charges).
Please ensure that you do not use a PO Box address on your order as we are unable to send orders to PO box addresses.
Inspection
Parcelforce/ Royal Mail has the right to open and inspect a Shipment without notice for safety, security, customs or other regulatory reasons.
Orders from countries outside the UK are non-returnable
All international order’s will be sent using our Courier Parcelforce Worldwide. Parcelforce are part of the Express Mail Service (EMS) NETWORK.
